All Third-Party Content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners, authors, publishers, institutions, or rights holders.

User Responsibility for Licensing

Platform Role

Unless specifically stated otherwise, payments are made for fixed-term educational access and do not automatically guarantee lifetime access, future updates, or renewal after expiry.

We may use third-party payment providers, local payment methods, bank transfers, card processors, cryptocurrency payment processors, or manual payment verification methods. We do not store your complete card or sensitive payment details when payments are processed by third-party providers.

You are responsible for providing correct account details, email address, username, payment proof, transaction ID, or other required information for activation. Delays may occur if the provided information is incorrect or incomplete.

All payments are generally final unless a refund policy is separately stated by iMD Medical Resources. Refund eligibility, if any, will be handled according to our official refund policy or support decision.

7. Account Sharing and Misuse

Each iMD Medical Resources account is intended for use by one individual user only unless explicitly allowed by us in writing.

Account sharing, resale, renting, public distribution, or group use of a single-user subscription is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to monitor suspicious activity, including unusual login patterns, excessive device changes, abnormal usage, multiple geographic access points, or activity suggesting unauthorized sharing.

If misuse is detected, we may temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the account without refund.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional clinical guidance. 9. Availability, Updates, and Modifications
