1. What is the iMD Subscription?

An iMD Subscription gives you full access to premium medical databases, question banks, books and lectures inside the iMD App for a selected duration: 6 months, 1 year or 2 years.

2. How do I purchase an iMD Subscription?

You can buy directly from the Buy/Extend page or contact us through official support.

Payments are accepted worldwide.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept crypto payments and preferred local payment options in supported countries. Contact us with your country name and desired payment method, and we will provide the available option.

4. Can I extend or renew my iMD Subscription?

Yes. You can renew before or after your subscription expires. Your notes and bookmarks remain synced when you reactivate your account.

5. Is the iMD Subscription refundable?

There is a 7-day money-back guarantee if the app is not as described. Contact our support team through WhatsApp for refund guidance.

6. Does the iMD Subscription include updates?

Yes. Active subscribers receive database and content updates during their subscription period without extra charges.

7. How do I transfer my subscription to another device?

Enter your username and password on the new device to log in. Your study data will not transfer automatically, so use the backup feature first.

Back up your data on the previous device, install the same QBank or database on the new device, then restore manually by entering the backup code or selecting the latest backup for that same database.

8. Is there a free trial available?

We currently do not offer a free trial. You can ask any questions through WhatsApp, Telegram or Email before subscribing.

9. What happens when my iMD Subscription expires?

Once expired, access pauses until renewal. Your account data remains saved for 30 days after expiration.

10. Can I share my iMD Subscription with others?

No. Sharing accounts violates our usage policy. Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

The iMD App is an all-in-one digital platform for premium medical databases, question banks and textbooks for medical students and professionals preparing for exams such as USMLE, AMC, PLAB/UKMLA, SMLE, MCCQE and more.

iMD App is available for iOS, Android, macOS and Windows. Check the download/install page for platform-specific instructions.

14. Can I use the iMD App on multiple devices?

Your subscription is linked to one primary device. Logging in elsewhere may log out the first device.

15. How much space does the iMD App require?

The app itself is lightweight, usually under 200 MB. Downloaded databases, books and textbooks may require approximately 5-25 GB depending on what you install.

16. What content is available inside the iMD App?

iMD App includes medical databases, question banks, video lectures, references and PDF textbooks covering major exam and clinical study needs.

17. Is an internet connection required to use the iMD App?

Most features work offline after resources are downloaded. Internet is mainly needed for activation, syncing and updates.

18. How often is the iMD App updated?

We release regular updates. Notifications appear inside the app when updates are available.

19. I am facing an issue with the app. What should I do?

Contact the iMD support team through Support, WhatsApp, Telegram or Email. Include your operating system, error message and screenshot so we can reply faster.
